Dear Parents,

I am here on this very earth today, because you two came together. Often, I wondered what actually did happened that both of you had fallen in love? What started it all? What made dad loved you, and what mom loved you for? Were you both really believed that both of ya were a match made in heaven? Did you both truly believe you both could love each other until the end of time? It was all sweet and lovely at the beginning, sorrow and hatred at the end. If time allow, would you both return and changed everything? Then, would I even exist and typing this letter now? In fact, does it matter now? Its really hard to describe the love you both had given me. Unkindly awkwardness perhaps? All I know is that you both will always be there for me and big brother. Soon, it will be your sons turn to return the favor, because the fact is the fact… We are your flesh and bones.

You’re just merely a crush. Nothing else. I liked you, with a past tense. You’re either an acquaintance or a stranger. If you found out that I had a crush on you, that’s bcos I was attracted either to your good looks or bubbly personality. If you ever wondered why I did not make my move or live happily ever after with you. I would like to remind you that you’re just a crush. Letter 1 – Best Friend

Dear Best Friend,

What brought us together will always remain as a mystery, because could we even recall the first time we said hi to each other? Or who made the first move of stretching his hand for a hand-shake? Or what sparked off our connection so deeply that we were not aware of until the end of our first departure, and we sat down thinking how did our first impression went? As each day passes by, we get closer and bond starts flourishing surrounding us like shoe laces being tied together. From intellectual conversations to silly jokes, we unknowingly know each other better and better as the days turned into weeks, and months turned into years. Although I must say, for some reasons, there are still things that I might not truly know about you, I still respect for who you are however. Understanding you, compile to you, and respecting your every decisions in every righteous way possible. After all, you are the one who leads your own life, and thus, you shall have my support and receive no discouragement. A true friend will never forsaken his friends, because only true friendships are truthful and worth treasure for. In return, I’m only asking you not to ” walk behind me as I may not lead. Don’t walk in front of me as I may not follow. Just walk beside me and be my friend.”

PS: BFF is just superficial cos even the best of friends cant possibly be with you forever. And everyone knows that.
